Touring caravans are road vehicles with wheels, chassis and brakes, all of  which need to be checked and serviced at least once a year to maintain their road worthiness. In addition, the internal areas have equipment such as gas cookers, fridges and heaters that all need regular safety checks. The caravan’s electrical installations, both mains and battery, also require regular inspection and servicing. Water ingress in a caravan can be very expensive if not remedied in time. Irrespective of age, all caravans and motorhmes can be susceptible.  The only way to make sure that yours is not being slowly eaten away is to have a damp check carried out at least once or twice a year. We will check for damp on any caravan either during a comprehensive service or at your request. Having this check carried out, can help to prolong the life and condition of your caravan and also ensures that you have a comfortable environment in which to stay while enjoying your holiday. We comprehensively service your caravan up to the National Caravan Council Standards. Once the service is carried out, your service book will be stamped ensuring that future resale value is maintained.
