All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you click the “pay now" button on the PayPal order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation or the delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.

Partial Deliveries

We have the right to make partial deliveries when some items are out of stock and will despatch the out of stock items as soon as we have them with no extra charge for delivery.

Retention of Title he goods delivered remain our property until full payment has been received.

Out of Stock Items

If a product is out of stock. We will contact you to advise you of the delivery time scale, and should you wish to cancel at this time a full refund will be given

Cancellation rights

You may withdraw from the sale within two weeks without any justification, as long as you send your cancellation request in writing (letter or e-mail) and return the goods to us in as new condition together with the cancellation reference No. The time frame for the return  of goods begins once you have received the goods. Your cancellation request will be considered to have been submitted on time if you're written notification or the goods are sent back within the timeframe mentioned above. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs related to the return of the goods.
